GLOBAL MISSIONS

Our goal is to be a part of spreading the Gospel to every corner of the world by partnering with missionaries and mission agencies around the globe.  GBC supports 34 missionaries along with 17 mission organizations

  • AFOLABI, HONORE & KIM

    • Mission Board: ABWE
    • Location: Togo, Africa
    • Ministry Bio: The Afolabis are involved in training and mentoring church leaders and facilitating church planting in order to strengthen local churches and reach the unreached in Togo, West Africa.  They are a part of God’s work by encouraging church leaders and training them so they can do better what God has called them to do.

  • BACCARELLA, MELISSA

    • Mission Board: ABWE
    • Location: Northwest Italy, in the town of Caselle Torinese
    • Mission Focus:  Church planting ministry team where she develops the church plant’s discipleship materials and continues to draw Italians into fellowship through friendship and Christian witness. She also serves as the Language Learning Coordinator for the Italy Field Team.

  • BAKER, RAY & KAY

    • Mission Board: Greater Europe Missions
    • Location: Sweden
    • Ministry Focus: Ray – apologetics and theological education. Kay – leadership development and missionary children’s education

  • CLARKE, ROB & LEE

    • Mission Board: Calvary Baptist Church, Landsdale
    • Ministry Focus: Training national pastors

  • ESTES, RICK AND REBEKAH

    • Mission Board: RCE – Resourcing Christian Education – Alliance Academy International
    • Country: Ecuador, South America
    • Ministry Bio:  Teachers at Alliance Academy International.  Rick teaches secondary art, Rebekah is the theater director, and Nicole is assistant coaching soccer.  AAI is an international, private Christian school located in Quito, Ecuador. The students who attend this school represent over 30 nations.

    • Mission Board: ABWE
    • Location: Serving the USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and the Orient
    • Ministry Focus: We serve as New Missionary Coaches through the Training and Resource Department at ABWE.

  • HUCKEL, THOMAS AND SHARON

    • Mission Board: Hananeel Ministries
    • Location: Greater Philadelphia, PA area
    • Ministry Focus: Our ministry is in evangelism and discipleship of Jewish people, particularly on Russian-speaking Jewish people who have migrated to the USA.

  • JASON & ADELE

    • Mission Board: ABWE
    • Location: Slovakia

  • JON & HEIDI

    • Location: Middle East

  • MAYFIELD, JEFFREY AND LISA

    • Mission Board: Biblical Ministries Worldwide
    • Country:  Riobamba Ecuador, SA
    • Ministry Bio: We seek to plant national churches by evangelizing the lost, disciplining believers, and training leaders.

  • WEST, KEN AND CINDY

    • Mission Board: Ethnos 360
    • Country:  South Carolina / Asia Pacific
    • Ministry Bio: After serving in the Asia-Pacific Region for 21 years, then as US based trainers for cross-cultural missionaries, Ken & Cindy are on retired status organizationally and continue to advocate for church planting among least-reached people groups. Through their local church they help coordinate two outreach projects among previously unreached peoples.

    • Ministry Bio: Church planting mission. After planting two churches and training leadership through Church Ministries Institute and a church-based training program, these churches are now pastored by South African men. Our primary role now is church strengthening, primarily through evangelism and discipleship.

    • Location: Canada & Mexico
    • Ministry Focus:  Work at the Mission Store where there are opportunities to share Christ with a number of Hispanic people and also lead men’s Bible studies.  Travel to Mexico once a year for a few months to help in different churches we help started and visit different missions in Mexico.

  • ZIMMERMAN, GARY & JERRI

    • Mission Board: Love in Action International Ministries
    • Location: Currently Bolivia with Opportunities in Costa Rica & Honduras
    • Ministry Focus: LIAIM supports and manages the Andrea’s Home of Hope & Joy orphanage located in Bolivia.
