Our Next Generation Team is dedicated to fulfilling the core mission of the Church: equipping and discipling children and youth to discover, follow, and serve Jesus Christ. By joining this ministry, you are investing your time and passion directly into the spiritual future of our church family and the world. This is a high-calling, high-impact role that shapes eternal destinies!

We need committed, caring adults for every stage of a child’s faith journey—whether you lead the lesson or simply provide loving assistance and support!
- GBC Nursery (Birth – 3 Years): Provide a safe, loving environment for our infants and toddlers. This allows parents to focus on worship and the Word. We need reliable Nursery Attendants to care for and pray over our littlest ones.
- Wee Worship (Ages 3 – Kindergarten): Introduce foundational Bible truths. We need both Teachers (who lead the lesson) and Helpers/Assistants (who manage crafts, transitions, and small group time).
- Zone#56 & The Zone (1st – 6th Grade): Lead elementary students in relevant Bible application. We need Teachers and Small Group Leaders/Helpers to facilitate discussion and build relationships during the lesson.
- AWANA (Wednesday Nights): We need Awana Leaders and Helpers who can help children memorize Scripture by listening to verses and offering encouragement, guide groups during the Bible lesson, and oversee children during the dedicated game time.
- GBC Youth (Middle & High School): Build connections! We need Small Group Leaders who commit to leading breakout sessions and establishing ongoing, mentoring relationships with our teens to help them navigate life and culture through a biblical worldview.

When you join the Next Generation Team, we ensure you are ready to succeed:
- You Don’t Have to Teach! If you prefer to serve as an GBC Kids Helper or Nursery Attendant, your main role is to show love, manage logistics, and support the lead teacher.
- Full Training: We provide curriculum and resources so you never have to prepare alone.
- Security First: All Next Generation Team volunteers undergo a thorough background check for the safety of our children and students.
